Nice surprise!

Being greeted warmly at the front desk sets the tone for the rest of the stay. Pam welcome us and took the time to explain some particulars of our stay and showed us around. Despite the stairs into the place and up to our room, everything was very nice. A pleasant breakfast started off our day in a nice way. The location of the manor is about a twenty minute walk to the center of town, but along the way there are beautiful tree filled squares and benches where one can sit and enjoy the passing scene, Savannah is a lovely town. The Godley Manor is a very nice place to stay.

Godley Manor is splendid!

Godley Manor is a lovely estate in a great location. Just a couple blocks from the north end of Forsythe Park and an easy walk to the riverfront, restaurants, museums and shopping. Beth is a wonderful host who runs a quality B&B.

The Godley Manor was a last minute find that turned out to be a fabulous choice for our weekend getaway. The manor is exceptionally clean, spacious and quiet. We appreciated it was away from the major tourist destinations, yet completely walkable to everything we wanted to see in Savannah. Beautiful Inn!

This is a beautiful hotel and you should stay here. The owners are helpful and welcoming and you really have a personalized experience that you don’t get in larger chains. The building is well taken care of and gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable, breakfast was great, there’s snacks to help yourself to in the kitchen as well. We had a great time here.
