The neighborhood doesn't feel very safe. The home had some small cockroaches and was run-down inside and out. I got hives within 10 minutes of being there, likely due to the poor conditions

This place is literally terrible ! It’s full of hookers and drug dealers ! Literally right in front of my family there was a guy dealing with no care ! Also walked into the room and started inspecting and going up the stairs there was pills just laying there and a piece of hard can’t stuck to the floor . Bath tub was disgusting filthy like bad ! Hair everywhere sheets stained . Even the manager Sara walked the room and said she was super sorry about it and then told her about the the guy drug dealing and said he was ok not to worry about him . And talked to them about a refund and they said contact hotels and hotels said get ahold of the managar and no answers and no way to contact her at all ! I do not recommend this place at all !! Still haven’t got a refund !

Supposed to be non smoking the room smelled liked cigarettes and an ash tray it was so bad we smelled like smoke and ash trays. Then people just smoke in front of our door that has a no smoking sign and let the office know and nothing was done. They said they were going to send someone with air freshener, no one came we had to buy our own and that did not even help. The TV did not work at all just turned on no cable no nothing. Just straight static. Blankets were the thinnest thing ever only provided one towel for two people. Has a kitchen no supplies. Coffee maker with coffee pot to make any coffee. There was coffee provided also no filters.

I booked smoke free room but the whole building smell like smoke. Only one tiny trash can out of the whole apartment. Only 2 towels, 3 thin pillows for 4 people room. Dogs barking, people in and out after midnight. I would not recommend.

When we got in our room the smell was really bad, and I do not have a very good sense of smell and it was strong to me. It may have been mold. My son also sat on the couch and had black marks on his shorts so I took a towel to the couch and the towel was filthy from whatever was on it. After a couple of hours my nose and throat started getting scratchy from whatever the smell was so I told the front desk we can't stay in the room. She said they didn't have any more rooms so I could checkout if needed but since I went through Hotels.com they couldn't cancel my reservation. I called and Hotels.com tried to contact them and they wouldn't answer. I went back to the desk and everything was closed at 8:15 PM which seemed very strange. I got a new number to call and they told me I could leave but it was up to the manager on whether I would get a refund or not. I did leave because I determined it wasn't healthy for my son or myself to sit in the room with whatever that smell was and I am still awaiting that decision. The hotel itself is absolutely nothing like the pictures. I have stayed in some rough places in my day and this one is right up there. If you are a solo male looking for a place to sleep for the night you would be fine, however I would not bring kids or stay any longer. There is a kitchen however our room had no utensils at all but did come with a couple of plates and cups.

WORST PLACE EVER!! EVERYTHING about the place was DISGUSTING! I'm So Disappointed! There was blood on the pillows, floors were dirty, the doors didn't want to open & were all stained, & people smoking in the 'non-smoking' rooms! NEVER AGAIN! Worst part was that I wasted money on two rooms that I didn't & couldn't stay! They gave me NO refund back! SMH

I normally don’t fill these forms out. Keep in mind while I’m on list. I could never make up. TV didn’t work on cable. Toilet was not bolted to the floor. Light bulbs are missing in lamps. Room had a weird odor. Let everybody realize it was from the dishwasher drain. Water was leaking from the upper unit into our bathroom. The water leak was fixed that night. The rest of the deficiencies was fixed sometime the next day, the only good thing any interaction we had with the ladies at the front desk was great

This property was horrible. We arrived late at night and the lobby was locked. The armed security guy walked to the door, and told me to call the number on the door. He would not open the door, I have to assume that is because it is a bad neighborhood. I called the number and no one answered. As it was now about 3:00AM, looked for another hotel. I would recommend looking elsewhere, this area did not feel safe at all.

Absolutely disgusting experience. The room had roaches, smelled strongly like urine, and clearly had not been properly cleaned. Several things in the room didn’t even work. It felt dirty and very neglected. No guest should have to deal with bugs, terrible smells, broken amenities. I would never stay here and strongly recommend avoiding this place.

We arrived late after the office had closed. When we went into the room it was disgusting. The room stunk, and it was infested with german cockroaches! The sheets all had stains on them, and the pull-out coach was never cleaned. When I removed the cushions, the crumbs of many meals and someone's underwear were on top of the pull out under the cushions. Once I pulled out the mattress, the sheets were still dirty, and had something brown spilled on them. The room looked nothing like the booking photos, and the coffee machine was missing the pot, making it unusable. Disgusting!

There’s something wrong with everything. There is no front desk, TVs and half the outlets don’t work, the smoke detector was taped to the ceiling, doors and doorways were cracked and poorly repaired, and the window curtain fell off its rack while I was staying there. Yes it’s a cheap option but definitely comes with its share of issues.

The internet rating for this hotel was erroneous. It was rated as four stars only to find out later that it was two and a half stars, maybe. The strict non smoking policy was fraudulent. As soon as we opened our room, the smell of smoke was overwhelming. The listing was, in fact, fraudulent. Because it lacked basic amenities and the room was in disrepair. If I was hotels.com, I would no longer affiliate with this property cause it will give you as a much of a bad name as it is for them. I do not recommend this property to anyone traveling.

Our stay had several challenges that made it difficult to fully enjoy the experience. The building itself appears somewhat outdated, and we experienced an issue accessing the entrance door. The access code provided did not work on the exterior door, and we had to call the support number to have someone let us in, which resulted in about a 15-minute wait. Unfortunately, this access issue was never fully resolved during our stay. Inside the building, the hallways felt humid and did not seem well ventilated. In our room, the smoke detector appeared to be taped in place, which raised some safety concerns, especially since there was a noticeable cigarette odor. We also encountered a few bugs in the room. Additionally, one of the bathroom walls had a visible crack that looked like it had been patched and painted over. Due to these concerns, we requested a refund and submitted photos to support our claim. However, we did not receive a response from the manager or operations officer. We also had difficulty reaching customer service for updates, despite calling multiple times. As of now, we have not received any communication regarding our refund request. We hope the management can address these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

We didn't get to stay here became the lady at the front desk said they were booked for the night. She said i had to let you giys know that they over booked and i would like my refund back.I had already paid for the room online and it said the room was available. It was very frustrating.
