The breakfast is AMAZING and the staff is really helpful. My wife enjoyed a delicious burger one night. The gym is small but has enough equipment for a great work out. The SAUNA on the 12th floor is out of this world and the view is fantastic.

Clean hotel and very modern. Rooms extremely small with almost no storage options so you could not really unpack anything. Restaurant had ok food but Service was poor. Sunday restaurant and bar was closed which we found odd and inconvenient. Of all Scandic hotels we have stayed at this is our least favorite. 12th floor relaxation room was beautiful and best feature.

Mycket trevligt. Perfekt läge med utsikt över vattnet. Sköna sängar och ett väldigt trevligt bemötande av all personal. Dom såg även till att hunden hade det bra och fick följa med in på frukosten. Fanns även restauranger närliggande där hundar får följa med in. Promenadavstånd till en mycket vacker och sevärd del av Helsingborg

Natten mellan 5 och 6 september så var det mycket kraftig vind och utanför mitt rum så fanns det något som var löst som slog mot fastigheten och även gav andra ljud. Okej hotell. Tyvärr lite okunnig personal vid ankomst som inte visade så mycket servicemind och även i andra situationer. Vi kunde inte få extra kuddar till barnen och lakanen i vår säng var tyvärr inte helt rena. Frukosten var fantastisk och personalen som arbetade med den likaså, vi fick till och med kaffet påfyllt vid bordet!
