Great location with corner store next door. Walked all over into town and to the beach. Great restaurants nearby and taxis drive up and down the road often. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. We had a fridge and microwave in our room as well as a smart TV and air-conditioning with our own remote. The pool was really nice and open all day. Rooftop has great views of the sunset. Also, really nice outdoor sitting area with strong Wi-Fi connection. This was our first time in negril and we would stay here again if we come back.

The owner, Rose, is Jamaican and also a U.S. citizen so she has the right combination of hospitality and practicality. She and her family run the business so everyone is invested in your comfort. Rose and a family member drove 45 minutes at 8 o'clock at night to bring us a spare tire for our rental car. She shared dinners at no charge. She took us places to experience the local way of life. Maybe she liked us?.. or maybe she just likes what she does. I saw other guests being treated with the same personal touch. If you would like a place that feels like home, this is the place.

Arrived and they were not expecting me. Gave me a room I didn't book, stating it was available. So I got a view of someone's yard instead. I know the hurricane is still impacting things so I am reasonable. But the site(s) were not updated to reflect no breakfast was included even though I paid for breakfast to be included. I had just spent 10 days down the street at another hotel that had everything back in running. Didn't get clean towels or clean up service. The property is very nice the beds are very comfortable but other than that I won't stay again. I had to ask for the hot water a couple of times got it on the day before check out. We just stayed on the road as it was only offering a place to sleep. Slightly disappointed since the reviews were all so great. Hope they can get back up in running soon.

The room was fine. However when booking on Expedia it said that breakfast was included, but when we go there they said that since the hurricane they stopped serving breakfast (but people still have to eat). I asked for coffee, they said yes they can do that. However, I got no coffee. Couldn't find anyone around in the morning. They really need to update that information on Expedia. I booked because it said breakfast was included, but I left hungry and disappointed.

The front desk agent who checked me in on December 22, 2025, was very pleasant, helpful, and friendly. However, my room was not 'Sea View' as reserved. Also, breakfast is not currently provided, due to the aftermath of Hurricane Melissa, which is understandable -- but the listing on Expedia needed to be updated accordingly.

Quiet and Accommodating Place - Book now!

If you are looking for a quiet place to relax and also comfortable mindset you have book with our lovely Miss Rose and Narval will take care of your every need. I booked at the last minute as soon as i arrived in Jamaica, and Narval was very accommodating with the last minute booking and also making sure the transition for myself to settle in after a long flight was perfect. I'm looking forward to my next stay with this lovely place. Thank you again Miss Rose and Narval for the pleasant stay.

We needed somewhere to stay for the night after too much drinking at ricks cafe and not being able to get back to our resort. Very close and the staff were very nice and easy going. We chilled and had drinks and enjoyed our night. We didnt have breakfast or use the facilities as we left early to drive back. Would defo recommend. We are from UK

The property was quiet and well maintained. The pool was clean and private. Breakfast was provided. Staff were helpful. There's a wonderful view from the balcony. Well priced and very close to both 7 mile beach and Ricks cafe amongst other things. 5 of us stayed and we would all recommend ❤️
