Pros: Great location for walkability, easy check-in, nice suite and amenities. Cons: Parking garage gate was rarely working. Didn’t feel secure for the price. Customer service was average. Floor 5 was somewhat under construction, which wasn’t made known to us ahead of time. Noise was easily heard above us.

Our stay was excellent. We found some great restaurants in the area and the city was very walkable, especially from the hotel location. Parking and charging out EV was also easy and convenient.

I really enjoyed the suite I stayed in. The bed wasn't the best but it was comfortable enough. The bathroom was spacious. The hot breakfast was good. Nothing exceptional about it since it was typical hot breakfast fare most hotels serve. The only downside was there was no hot tub to soak our our weary muscles after a long day. The tub in suite was too small for soaking.
