The hotel is undeniably beautiful, but there are a few caveats. Cons: Hotel is huge! From our room to the front desk (where the valet, restaurant, and pool are), it was about a 15-minute walk. They did tell us at the end of our stay you could request a golf cart to come pick you up, but by the time they would actually get there and take you back, I would assume it would take just as long. It is not just the one building; there are, I believe, 9 buildings. - There are also no mosquito/window screens in the rooms, so there were some mosquitoes/flies in the room. - The pool is quite nice, but there are lots of children! - To use the hot tubs, you need to schedule a time, which no one told us, so by the time we found out, it was all booked until the end of our stay. Pros: Breakfast is really good, lots of options (omelets, tapiocas, eggs, cheeses, breads, meats...). - Beds are really comfy, and rooms are very spacious. - Front desk staff and valet are very nice and helpful.

Alguns pontos a serem melhorados, como por exemplo: Na chegada para o chek-in, achamos o atendimento muito simples para o padrão do hotel, tendo em vista outros hotéis que já frequentamos como o Bavaria Sport, e o Bella Gramado que faz parte da rede. Outro ponto é no café da manhã, onde, o hospede precisa enfrentar fila para solicitar: Tapioca e Omelete. Outros hotéis com menos glamour têm esse serviço oferecido na mesa onde o hóspede está sentado tomando o seu café da manhã. No mais é um bom hotel.

Quartos já necessitam de reforma com colchão velho e sofá cama velho também. Pouca iluminação na área do box. Área da piscina extremamente quente e abafada. Difícil permanecer lá dentro. Talvez façam isso pra limitar o número de pessoas na área da piscina visto que fica muito quente. Café da manhã bom, mas com itens frios. Hotel cumpre a função mas tem melhores em Gramado.

Os banheiros dos espaços em comum são muito limpos e contam com higienizadores de assento. O resort é muito grande, quem fica nas últimas torres tem que andar bastante.
