The property is in a beautiful building with lots of old charm. The room was amazing and very quiet. The owner was very responsive always getting back to us within a few minutes. Great little hotel! Very clean and close to everything! My one IMPORTANT tip: Make sure the hotel manager knows exactly when you’re getting there because he will need to let you in. (He’s not on site.) I gave our arrival time, but I didn’t follow up to make sure he knew, so he wasn’t there when we arrived. We were SO fortunate that other guests just happened to return after about 5 minutes of us pressing the button. They let us is and we were able to contact the manager via What’s App once we had WiFi indoors. I don’t know what we would have done if they didn’t come along!

We had a wonderful stay! The bed and breakfast is in a great location close to the Colosseum. The bed is huge for European standards and extremely comfortable. There was complimentary water in the lobby and coffee and tea in the room. The staff we encountered were fantastic! They were very friendly and quick to answer any questions. Thank you tho Fabrizio for assisting us with a taxi back to the airport! We would gladly stay here in the future!
