We had a great stay in this hotel, the location is good and the hotel is unique, we felt as if we were somewhere special. The rooms were clean and fabulous, looking directly out onto the canal. Breakfast was excellent and Alessandro on the front desk was especially polite and welcoming, as well as being helpful with his restaurant and other recommendations. We would stay here again.

We loved the history of this hotel. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. It was in a great location away from the crowds. It was close to great dining options and right on the water. A real gem in the heart of Venice but in a quiet area away from the noise and hordes of day trippers. Everything is in a fifteen minute walk. If you walk away from the centre, the area is very italian - the streets are full of locals - as are the bars and restaurants. We had a lovely very large room over the canal with a shower room and bathroom. Breakfast was a limited but very appetising buffet. Highly recommend
