Amazing stay! Beautiful high ceilings, tall windows that open onto the canal. The staff was excellent and welcoming and very helpful! The neighborhood was fantastic - quiet but steps away from great restaurants and top tourist destinations. It is a beautiful and well-maintained historic building from the 1600s. All the charm and elegance you could want from a Venetian stay. We stayed in March, so the mild weather didn’t require heating or AC, so cannot speak to the quality. One thing to point out that differed from the listing - there is not an airport shuttle. I recommend taking the Alilaguna shuttle, which picks up about a ten minute walk from the hotel at the Madonna church. You can also hire a private taxi for €160, but the Alilaguna is €18ish one way per person.
