Hotel was just OK. Needs a facelift. Staff were hard to find and not super friendly, for example we were missing items from our bathroom when we checked in and were told that the items we needed were locked away and they didn't have a key. The items were never filled so we made do with what we could buy close by. We skipped breakfast and chose to buy it somewhere else after seeing what was offered. No coffee!! We removed valuables from car since the area where the hotel is located is a bit sketchy. On a positive note, we didn't have any issues with the safety of our vehicle and although you could hear people walking and talking in the hallway, our room was reasonably quiet. Would probably pay a bit more for a different location if/when we are back in the area.

Room was relatively clean. Cobwebs in corner of room. In the bathroom rust spots by legs of sink. Plug ins are very old and loose for chargers. Heater/ac was dirty and smelled. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Staff was nice enough. Had to ask for people help from people from back office and most of the time the just sat in back and answered questions instead of coming up to me. Breakfast was not very good so didn’t eat it again. The hotel is a little dated and looks like it could use a good remodel.

Multiple items not stocked, like coffee, especially had to ask for it every time. Had a very significant issue with a staff member, knowing they had my car key, and still I proceeded to break into my car and take Ubers and didn’t tell me that they had the car key or think to make the connection. Manager said that it was because the person from third didn’t put it on some group text, but it was still the fact that she literally watched me go in and out with an Uber, and break into my car, only to have had my car keys in her possession! I am due points or stays, but manager just made excuses
