It is a good spot due to space and location but be aware that I decided to stay here even after reading about the cold showers which I didn’t mind. So just have that in mind

Very noisy. Bathroom was dirty and smelly. The lock for the main room was very flimsy and was broken and unsafe. Very bad communication from staff and zero amenities.

The location is great but the room is not soundproofed at all, I could even hear the next door occupants sighing ------ like they were standing next to my bed and sighing! The wooden flooring in the hallway was also very bad, uninterrupted sounds of people talking loudly suitcase wheels rubbing on the floor and the thumping of things falling on the floor. It was booked for three days, but I decided to leave the first night.

Muy bien ubicado el hotel, pero junto a Marina Nacional, una avenida muy ruidosa. No se hace limpieza a la habitación diario sino que hay que solicitarla. El espacio es muy pequeño, pero no me pareció mal. Si la habitación individual con baño privado tuviera un Refri, estaría muy bien.

I booked room 16 on the top floor, the room was clean, but there was no hot water to shower for 5 days, the toilet did flush, full of human waste. I am fluent in spanish, the maintenance boy knew nothing how to fix it, (it was the water pump). The cleaning lady let me shower once in a dirty room. This place is not maintained. I messaged the hostess multiple times with whatsapp, they used an automated robot response and did absolutely nothing. 6 days unable to shower. They stole my money and disgraced Polanco Mexico.

Las paredes son muy delgadas y tuve que escuchar intimidades de otros huespedes. Llovió y entro agua bajo la puerta. Aadicional llegue en la madrugada y avise y sin embargo no fejaron la llave donde indicaban y pase mucho susto hasta que abrieron la puerta. A pesar de que el personal fue muy amable estuve muy asustada. Las sabanas y la cama no se sentian limpias.

Muy limpio, baño, cama limpios. El baño se inunda por que la cortina de plástico de la regadera está muy corta, olor a caño, tuvimos que dejar correr el agua un rato para bajar el olor, pero todo huele a humedad. La cama rechina parece que en una vuelta se cae, entra mucha luz, mucho ruido, no sirve el volumen de la tele, no tiene suficientes trastes por ejemplo solo un vaso para 2 personas, no tiene toalla de manos. No nos gustó, muy caro para lo que es.
