This was the best stay ever. I have never been treated so well! I can not thank the staff enough! The complimentary room upgrade + fruit spread and personal note? Omg! My heart! 😍 I have been following Chevelle on tour for almost a decade. I was staying there specfically for Tuesday night's concert. When I saw that envelope with my name on it, I thought, "Are we sure I am not on tour?" Management was so helpful! I made gift baskets for the band and brought sealed snacks for the crew. They offered to bring them to the head of entertainment so, that they may end up in the green room! The last two places refused to be helpful and gave us the runaround! The bartender and cocktail waitress in the lounge were so welcoming and attentive! Security at the show was friendly and not overbearing or scary. That was a first, as well! The front desk staff was not only also, very helpful, but they acted like we were a joy to assist. The valet and bell hop were very personable and polite. I definitely want to come back. I have shown everybody pics of the room! Once again, thank you!!! 😘
