Ignore the 2 star rating of this hotel, it is based on previous owenership. It is now owned by Hilton, enough said! Ive stayed in this town many times and THIS is the hotel I will return to! I didn't get to use the 2 story waterslide, but everything about this hotel was so nice in comparison to other places I've stayed! Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in every way!

This is a beautiful hotel! The restaurant food was great and reasonably priced (an espresso machine would be the only improvement I would suggest since it is a restaurant and not a free breakfast). The room is very nice, bed comfortable, staff friendly, efficient and helpful. We came in April to bring a guest to Yellowstone and the price was great. Our guest also enjoyed the gym and said it was nicely kept. I will definitely make this my go to place as we bring guests to Yellowstone often.

We stayed there 3 nights on the last night at 12:30am the fire alarm went off everyone on the second floor had no idea what was going on, my self and others tried calling front desk with no one answering the phone. We were on the 2nd floor and at 1:00am whoever was above us was stomping all over there room constantly, I went down 2x to talk to person at front desk to get them to take care of this but they did nothing it continued all night. I would not recommend this place at all.

Great property with a very friendly / knowledgeable staff. Ony complaint is the HAVC. Like many big chains (Marriott, Hilton etc.) some corporate accountant thought it would be a great idea to automatically turn off the entire system at 2am?? Some of us like to have air circulating all night long I had to get up to restart the unit around 3. Certainly not a ""local" problem just a corporate edict

A big thumbs up to the staff and employees at the Starlite. No thanks to Hotels.com as they had breakfast included for an extra price that we paid for. However, I paid an extra $68 and the associate from Hotels.com put a $45.00 key credit on my account. I showed the Hotel staff and they took care of my Breakfast anyway because of the loss I had to take from Hotels.com.
