Everything outside the hotel were within walking distance especially the restaurants. The rooms were a little bit dirty with marks on the walls and bathroom sink. There were loose hair in the bathroom. Some of the staff at the cafe has poor hygiene. One staff sneezed and didn't wash his hands at the cafe

Rooms are small, smell of humidity. Lots of stains on carpets in the room and in the corridors… does not give the best impression. Second bed was uncomfortable and wet-feeling (plastic?) Public spaces are very nice. Location is all right. Arab neighborhood nearby is beautiful and enjoyable, The pool would be awesome if there were some places to hide from the sun. Some shadow or umbrellas. On top of a building in Singapore is just too hot to enjoy for more than 15-30 minutes.

The room was clean and quiet, and the room was spacious and comfortable. TV was also convenient for watching programs from my own country, and getting news and various information. The dinner menu of the restaurant is wide, and it is very tasty and reasonable, so I visited it twice. I would like to come back next time I go on a business trip.

Had confusion with primal booking when I tried to change to 3 person to add my son. Day of departure I got confirmation of change but had already reserved another room for son as I couldn’t travel without a bed for him. All worked out in the end but could have been easier.

The property was very clean and staff was wonderful. The rooftop pool area was very nice and had a nice view of surrounding areas. Hotel was outside of the downtown area but Singapore has very good transit system. We took the bus and metro system to get to the places we wanted to go.
