It would of been a nice stay if they wpuld of done somethifn about the place smelling like pot. Even the dude working front desk on my day of leaving wreaked of. The whole upstairs on 4th floor it is all you could smeel the elevators it is all you could smell i stayed there for my sick kids who hage dr visits and overnight stays at children's hospital really dididnt pay to smell the pot smoke if i wanted to smell that i would just go to Wal-Mart. One guy said he look into it but clearly done nothing

Everything was good excpt for the on ramp for the expressway was right outside the window. Had we known that we probably wouldn't have stayed there. Also had two lights out in the bathroom,hot tub was broke and has been for weeks.

Halls had a weird smell. The breakfast was good. Tv lagged. It was still a good stay. Not enough hooks to hang things in bathroom. Been to hotels that provide more hooks especially that have a pool to hang up wet suits. Hot tub was broken. Water pressure was good.

I booked the stay via Hotels.com. Comfort Inn charged me for the night that was already paid for and now me and Hotels.com are fighting Comfort Inn to get my credit card refunded! I was NOT given a receipt so Hotels.com acts like they cannot help me without it. I have screenshots of my credit card statement where I paid Hotels.com and where Comfort Inn charged me. I am furious!! How ridiculous and unprofessional of both companies!!

Hotel was comfortable, clean. Easy access off highway. Pool was nice. Surrounding areas were well maintained and nice looking. I did not eat breakfast there, but others in the party did and it was sufficient. Traveling with baseball team of 14 year olds. Did not hear any commotion in the hallways. Would stay here again.

I expected more for the price. The tiles in the bathroom were broken and dangerous. Water temp was fluctuating cold to hot for two days of showers. Breakfast was way below average. Out of something every day.

Night time help was not good, man was on his phone and seemed to be bothered when we had to ask for towels for the pool since there were none and blankets and pillows for our room since they forgot those as well.

We were expecting a working hot tub. The hot tub was broken, my wife respectfully expressed her disappointment, and without requesting the manager volunteered to put us in a room with its own hot tub.
