This is the safest and friendliest hotel available especially for this price. I’ve stayed here many times and I have seen the staff be extremely compassionate and helpful to every guest. For example, they were personally using an app on their phone to translate for a customer who didn’t speak English and was trying to ask a question about their stay. They go out of their way to help everyone and they don’t gouge you, ever.

Nightmare stay

Talk about false advertising, I based my reservation on the pictures from their add on the Hotels.com website, this place is 100% Not what is advertised. First of all I paid for a king size bed what we got was a pull out filthy sofa bed. The sheets had god knows whose hair all over them. The entire room was dirty as you can see in the picture. I had already requested to change rooms because of the penetrating smoke smell of the first room I was given. Worst experience ever. Will never stay here again

Great friendly customer service. The room at first look clean but the sheets and towels were dirty good thing I always carry with my own blankets and towels. Room smelled like cigarettes counters and restroom curtains had mold. I’ve been here before why I’m so surprised that things weren’t clean this time around.
