This motel is an excellent budget option. It is a relatively modern building with clean rooms and amenities that work well. Parking is easy and Uber pick ups and drop offs are also easy. It is surrounded by fast food options and other businesses like a laundry and petrol station.

U can't sleep inside because the heater doesn't work good No hot water in the bathroom Too much stinky No good customer service Front desk workers are terrible. The website says that it was dog friendly. That is why we rent the rooms. When we got there, dogs were not allowed. I ended up having to give a $200 deposit to keep the dog there. I’m supposed to get the $200 back in 3 to 5 days. We left the room clean and five dollar tip to the maid. The room was awesome.
