Expensive nightly rate, bad area, people sleeping along the sidewalk and in abandoned cars in the parking lot, room is run down and dingy, No one available at the front desk to check out, mattresses were hard as rocks. Clueless why I paid $300 for this room. Nowhere near the beach or in any desirable neighborhood.

* dog friendly hotel without any grass or gravel for dogs to relieve themselves, only concrete * dirty yellow stain on the “fresh” linens * 1 inch gap between bottom of front door and door frame * AC which was only blown up into the curtains, was sweating profusely for the 5 minutes we were in the room * yellow and brown stains on nearly every wall * your neighbors will be drug addicts who walk the street and shout at no one * place on the wall for an iron, but no iron * 4 very small, lumpy pillows on bed i hate to be that guy, but we asked for a refund and went somewhere else after 5 minutes in the room. thankfully, the manager allowed us to cancel the reservation, even after checking in. the management does what they can, but i would seriously consider looking at satellite photos of this location from Google Maps/Earth before booking here. our rate was 400 for a room for 2 nights, on the weekend. (do not expect that price to be reflected in the room/property)
