They, like all Marriott's have the snack/frozen food area to buy things. We didn't stay for breakfast so I can't attest to that but they did have free lemon water when we checked in in the middle of the night which was nice. Bed was pretty comfortable as was the couch in our room.

Stayed for one night. Clean room. Only complaint is the thermostat wouldn't go under 70°, and I prefer it cooler at night to sleep. Quiet and comfortable.

Room was spacious and comfortable. The only complaint is that the AC unit is so loud you can’t hear anything else. I’d have to crank the TV volume to max to hear it. I’m glad I didn’t have neighbors because I think they would have been upset with me. And it’s right next to a busy Highway. The AC drowned out that noise but it did get annoying after a few days. Hotel also had a great breakfast layout.

IT SHOULD COME WITH COMPLIMENTARY EAR PLUGS

We booked a stay a couple days out, and expected a standard room. This hotel is right next to the interstate, and our room was on the corner of the building next to the interstate. The wind blowing that night seeped through the windows and whistled. I double checked that they were closed tightly and they were. The highway noise inside of the room was so loud that my wife and had to wait for a break in traffic to talk, and we were 3 feet apart. Otherwise we couldnt hear. I got about 2 hours of sleep because the semi-truck noise was so loud all night. The only time we got a break from the traffic was when the AC unit kicked on and muffled 80% of the outside noise. Breakfast sucked! Those were not real eggs as advertised, and were still ice cold when they were just brought out. Carpet in the main halls wasnt stretched and it looked like it was just placed there and left. (Ripples and all. It is a tripping hazard) The rooms were adequate for the age of the building, and they were clean. The staff was friendly for the little interaction we had.

I was very happy with my stay. My suite was spacious, it was the size of a nice studio apartment. I loved the full size kitchen appliances. The location being right off the interstate was convenient for driving to destinations, but can be terrible for noise. I didn't have an issue because my room was facing the other direction, but my sister had to request a different room in the middle of her first night because the noise prevented her from sleeping.

Just Say No

The room was a nice size and layout. When we arrived, the front desk did not inform us that the elevator would not respond to a request while on the 4th floor. Instead, relying on an assumption we’d see an 8 by 11 sign posted near the door. We should have been briefed before checking in or given a lower floor room. The room door required a force to open/close because the door hardware appeared damaged. The king size bed was uncomfortably hard. The room was infested with Lady Bugs. Housekeeping did not clean the room although no do not disturb signs were posted. Finally, breakfast potatoes were old, cheap or overcooked (terrible). This location did not live up to the name (which is why we booked it initially). The best thing about the location was proximity to the highway and lots of restaurants.

Spacious room but needs some updating and TLC

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and while it had nice amenities there were a number of problems. One was cleanliness- found some unwanted hair on pillows, bugs on carpet. The dishwasher was falling out of the inset every time I used it, the icemaker /fridge was loud and woke us up all night. The light bulbs needing changing, the bedding was a little thin and didn't fit the bed well, the couch bed was terribly uncomfortable. The indoor pool was far too stuffy but the pool was too cold- the little things.Nothing horrible but not a lot of attention to detail.

We left things in the room with 2 hours to go until check out. Went to put other things in the car and came back to maids in our room, even though we didn’t check out and our things were missing. The maid said “no” several times when we said we said our things were missing. Our daughter in law slipped in Oscar things when she saw from her hotel room what was going on and before we got back to the room. Again, we never checked out nor was it time to check out.

The front desk staff lack basic customer service skills. I waited 15 min for someone to show up and get my family checked in. The front desk processed to try and swipe my card for “incidentals” without asking me or telling me the price ($75 extra for my dog), and then became very argumentative and defensive when I voiced my concern that I didn't consent to her taking my card and swiping it for me. She threw my card keys at me without directing me where my room was located. Extremely unprofessional staff, and just bizarre behavior. The room was smelly, many things broken, dirty, and in disrepair. The continental breakfast was severely lacking the basics like orange juice. This is not worth the money, you're better off at best western.

Safe, Comfortable and mostly Clean

It was comfortable, safe location and mostly clean. There was something gross in the tub that either didn’t get washed down or the drain backed up and deposited stuff. Otherwise the room and bed was clean. And I’m a picky person when it comes to “clean”. There were two bags of trash in the hall next to the elevator on our floor. Didn’t think too much about that until they were still there the next morning. Gross! Breakfast was really nice with a wide variety of hot and cold food. The breakfast and eating area was clean.
