Amazing stay at hotel. The standout from the experience was the staff. Always so helpful. Sinan on the front desk was lovely and always smiling and wanted to do everything he could to make my stay perfect. Proper Turkish breakfast was superb on the roof terrace. The location is great too if you want to experience the city. You can walk across to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia and you have all the delights of Beyoğlu on your doorstep. I want to come back here with my family and allow them to experience the hotel too.

Great service and nice ambiance. Close to a lot of cool places in Galata and a short distance to Karakoy. Rooftop has an amazing view, drinks and delicious food. Their staff was very attentive. I highly recommend this place.

A lovely hotel in a beautiful building, ideally located with bars, cafes, restaurants, and shops just steps away in every direction. It's also conveniently close to public transportation. The rooftop restaurant and bar offer great food and drinks at fair prices. The staff are friendly and professional, making for a pleasant stay. The only minor drawback is occasional noise from nearby bars late at night on busy days.

Joli hôtel mais attention au petit déjeuner

Hotel bien situé dans le centre historique même s'il faut prévoir toujours beaucoup de marche car il est situé sur la colline du quartier Galata . Hotel propre, joli design, service poli. Chambre nettoyée tous les jours. Plutôt bien isolé dans un point de vue acoustique. Matelas un peu trop mou pour moi. À éviter le petit déjeuner dans le rooftop : même si avec une jolie vue, j'ai du payer 42€ à moi tout seul pour deux oeufs, un peu de fromage, jus et thé. Une vrai arnaque. Pour le reste, plutôt positif
