People who were kicked out of the motel were outside my window. The curtain was not adequate. Moved to another room, no air conditioning/heat. The window was missing right side edge of the window frame and open air was on the right. I informed the hotel manager I was not staying there and the manager said to call Hotel.com and to inform them the room was cancelled. If this is not handled correctly, I will not use Hotel.com ever again. I also have another claim right after this on.

This is a good option for very cheap accomodation. The condition of the property was average, but the air-conditioning worked, the beds were comfortable and the towels and sheets were clean. Good stay for the price.

Do not recommend.

Got there and they didn’t have our room available because they said they were dirty. Then they give us another room no big deal. Well, it was supposed to be non smoking and the entire hallway and our room smelled like straight weed. So bad it gave you a headache. The room was dirty. There were holes in the walls. The shower leaked everywhere. There was a rubber glove “sealing” the shower head. The window was held in by a small piece of wood. The lobby looks nothing like the pictures they show on here. It was rough. There is no breakfast. The was using the bathroom and a mouse ran across my foot!! Someone was trying to get in our room but I had the dead bolt locked. The staff on duty was okay but they definitely were not worried about helping you at all with the issues. I wouldn’t recommend a stay here especially if you have children. I took video of the room when we got there and when we left so they couldn’t say we did any of the damage and keep my deposit.

The advertisement was falsified and the rooms were not what I reserved. I had to.check out and go ti another hotel for security and cleanliness. There were people living in the hotel running in and out all night. Arguing all night and very loud!!!

This hotel is awful. We stayed one night and got out of that place. It’s filthy, smells of smoke or weed at all times. Not a safe environment.

This property needs mayor updates. There were blankets on the couch in lobby...furniture was full of damage...room was dirty (desk not cleaned or wiped down)...sheets were stained....weird strong smell in hallway....pool was empty....mirrors dirty. I would not recommend this hotel. Much work needed.

The staff was nice but this hotel was an absolute dump. Smelled like cigarettes inside the room. The ceiling paint was hanging down, miscellaneous stains on the door. It was just bad. The “free breakfast” was only coffee and a small two pack of dry muffins. Nothing else

Front desk lady rude, window in room cracked open and you could not shut, maint. Showed up after an hour and taped crack shut. Fire alarm went off and it took 15 minutes to turn off-glitch in system. Breakfast was a package of muffins tossed at us. Had to ask for coffee to be made. If your looking for a cheap place to sleep - ok, but would not recommend.

The sink stopper was completely gone. The tub/shower stopper was completely gone and it was leaking up from the floor from underneath. Tub was loaded with hair that we rinsed out. Ice machine had black mold growing. Breakfast was coffee and one package of muffins. Staff was lounging in the lobby on the chairs during breakfast.
