Nice Friendly Hotel

The hotel and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Able to use my phone to translate back and forth English-Turkish.

It looks better than in the pictures actually, from photos I expected less. It was clean , no smell of smoke , all was just right. Hair dryer, toothbrush, shampoos ( some hotels of the same level in Ankara didn’t have it ) comfortable bed , big windows, desk. All what’s needed. Friendly stuff. Thank you

It was excellent. The staff were really friendly.

6/10 Good

2/10 Poor

For international visitors expecting a comfortable and reliable stay, this property falls far short of acceptable standards. Cleanliness, maintenance, and guest well-being should be priorities, but unfortunately, they were not met here. I would strongly advise fellow travelers to consider alternative accommodations in Ankara that uphold higher standards of hospitality.

2/10 Poor
