Good hotel for a friendly price in a save neighberhood. We came by car and could park our car in a secured parking area at the hotel. Hotel is near a Metro station, a 5-10 minute walk, which can bring you to Paris Centre in 10-20 minutes depending where you need to go offcourse. We where with two kids, , ages 9 and 11, and we had a great room with 1x double bed and 2x good sleeping sofa's!

Horrible customer service. We arrived after check in time and someone was still cleaning our room. The room smelled like sewer. The a/c was not cooling. The room was sprayed after we said something and they adjusted the air. I requested a new room. We were promised a new room for the next day. Nothing happened. We had prearranged tours so we were on a tight schedule. The hotel staff never contacted us to see if we were comfortable. We stayed three nights and we did not receive a cleaning service even after requesting it twice. Somehow we survived.

All was just great except the room temperature. All 3 of us had a try to adjust the temp to a comfortable sleeping temperature but we were unsuccessful at lowering it from 26.5 degrees celcius. As a result, we had to try to sleep with the window open. Paris was alive that night!

The staff was not refilling what was consumer like soap, toilet paper, water bottles. We had to ask. breakfast was very basic with limited selection. Not worth Euros12/person, when you may have better quality and variety in any boulangerie at walikng distance al lower cost.

Otelin sadece konumu bizim için iyiydi. Otel renovasyona girmiş, inşaat çalışmaları var ve sadece konaklamamızdan 2 gün önce mail atarak haber verdiler, yani iptal edebilme süremiz bittikten sonra. Odalar baştan dekore edilmeli, halılar eski ve kirli duruyor, iki kişi konaklıyoruz ama bir yüz havlusu odaya bırakıyorlar. Odalarda havlu terlik de yok. Duşakabini çektiğinizde yerinden çıkıp elinizde kalıyor. Pencere doğramaları alüminyum, sokaktaki tüm sesleri içeri alıyor. İnşaat sebebiyle asansörler faal değil. Resepsiyonda görevli güler yüzlü bayan personel dışında iyi bir şey yok diyebilirim.

lindo, pero al estar en remodelación no fue tan agradable, ya que el acceso era una parte por escalera y otra ascensor, cuando llegamos no había ni baño en la recepción y venimos de un viaje largo. Because the hotel lobby is re-new so far. So that we need to carry our big Luggages by walking to 2nd floor. then by elevator from 2nd floor to 4th floor. It's tough experience for us. Otherwise, our stay (06/08~06/11/2025) in this hotel is fine.

A fuir !

J’ai réservé par erreur une chambre pour une personne et c’était le pire hôtel que je n’ai jamais eu à Paris pour un tarif totalement excessif. La propreté, l’état de la chambre, le bruit …. Rien n’allait. Le dessus des plinthes, le parquet de la salle de bain dans un état lamentable, un lave main en guise de lavabo, le lit collé sous un rideau pas propre (super pour dormir !) et j’ai été réveillée plusieurs fois dans la nuit par le bruit.
