Location!! Location!! Staff is very friendly, some speak English. Breakfast was good. Stayed in room 310 beautiful view. There's a night club nextdoor so be ready for late nights, especially Friday and Saturday. Thank goodness for the soundproof windows.

Being right in the Historic Center makes this hotel a very good option. Easy to walk everywhere, staff are nice and overall good value for the price. The reason I gave overall 4 stars was because they have no airport shuttle, which was important to me on this trip. I specifically looked for shuttle services hotels when doing my search on Expedia and this came up as an option was in reality, they do not offer it. Aside from that, I have no complaints

Staff was great. The room was unpleasantly noisy until after late at night, however, we didn't even ask to move so that's our bad. We were unable to work the room fan; again, our problem that we didn't ask staff to check it our or change rooms. I guess we are slugs!

El cuarto en muy Chico y le falta mucho mantedimiento, el bano super sucio. Les pedi la recepcion, que me cambiaran de cuarto, les dije los motivos, y me cobraron dinero extra, para cabiarme. El segundo cuarto al cual me movieron estaba un poco mas grande, pero el bano muy sucio, el lavavo quebrado, la tina de la banera segun era blanca pero en realidad estaba negra de sucia y con mojo. No me vuelvo a ospedar en ese hotel, y no lo recomiendo. Lo que pague no los vale.

Hotellet, ligger bra beläget vid historiska centrum samt, promenad avstånd till viktiga sevärdheter. Vänlig personal som hjälpte vid frågor om turer m.m. Frukosten ingick men utvalda menyer som räckte. Ett minus var att personalen förväntade sig alltid dricks vid frukost servering annars fick man inte så bra service tyckte vi. Vi tyckte att det var bra hotell centralt beläget.

Great location at a reasonable price

For many years, I brought student groups to this hotel. I had not been here for 17 years. Several upgrades have been made, including Internet in the rooms (though it is a bit slow) and air conditioning. There are also in-room safes now.This staff continues to be friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant downstairs, which makes me to order breakfasts. The location can’t be beat!
