Our room smell like cigarettes when we first walked in and it was a non-smoking room. The room was very dirty and there was stains and ripped up furniture. The ice bucket was filthy and there was bed bugs. We did get moved to a different room but the room was still not the cleanest. The staff was nice.

Check in was quick and easy. However, the room was musty with dirt all over the floor. I had to kill 2 big spiders crawling around. Plus, there was hair all over the bathroom. I checked in at 5 pm and check out at 11 pm. I was in the room for all of 2 hours. He offered another room but I declined. I was over it. I would not stay again !

Location is good. It is near a Bob Evans Restaurant which is very nice place to eat breakfast. Rooms were not as clean as in the past, but it looks like housekeepers on one side of the hotel complex do a better job cleaning than the other side. I switched rooms, that is how I know.
