Great place to stay.

Comfortable clean and convenient place to stay with easy access to downtown for the national park. Breakfast buffet included was delicious. Staff is very friendly and helpful as well. No parking on site but it’s only a short walk away.

Great stay with minor caveats

Great choice in Hot Springs. Check in was a breeze, front desk was helpful, rooms are spacious, modern and include fridge and microwave. Views from the rooms are also nice. We love a good free breakfast; today’s included scrambled eggs, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, breakfast potatoes, cereal assortment, oatmeal, packaged muffins and fruit, a variety of juices, coffee and hot cocoa. Great way to save money when you’re traveling with a large family. The shuttle takes you to and from Magic Springs, which is very convenient. A couple of cons to balance things out: the shower is questionable—you step up into and down out of it and the floors are slick. Yes, I fell hard. The beds are mid-comfort, rooms aren’t incredibly sound proof and blackout curtains don’t close all the way. All things being considered, we’ll continue staying here for our Magic Springs trips!

Shower was not clean, no grip bars or washcloth bars in shower. No towel bars in bathroom. A/C unit old, loud. TV remote would not power on/off TV. Had to do so by locating switch underneath the TV. No variety at breakfast. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

The View

We were here celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary!!! The stay was amazing the room was just the right size. We were on the 14th floor with and awesome view! We loved it and we will be back! Everything and everyone were outstanding!

First experience to the park.

Hotel was walkable to Hot Springs National Park for those capable of doing the six to eight block walk. Parking structure appeared secure and one block walking distance from hotel. Valet is available. Not quite as easy of a walk to the park or bath row if elderly and difficulty in walking. Area appears to be safe.

Bridget at the front desk is top notch. Super friendly and informative. The bellman was so accomodating and helpful. I think his name was Ryan. The only complaint is the cleanliness. Our walls and baseboards were filthy. There was a huge dried coffee still on walls under office desk and other various areas on wall that need to be wiped down. The baseboards super dusty. Other than that everything is top notch and I will be back.
