All employees from the reception to Breakfast, and Spa services have kind and helpful. there were a couple of rainy days during our stay, but we enjoyed the holiday thanks to the pools, gym and sauna facilities. Great place to stay! Food options are halal, themed buffet nights and a restaurant on site. Very clean and the spa is lovely with lots of treatments to choose from. Had one of the best facials there! Rooms were a little small considering we booked studio rooms. Rooms came with a spacious bathroom and a built in kitchen. Would have like more in room services such as water bottles and an iron.
