The reason for 3 stars, we were given a room by the highway although the hotel was pretty much empty this time of year We stayed here before and we got a very nice room and no noise Traffic and noise from it, did not die down until about 1 am, and started again at 5 am. This is meant to be a 4 star hotel and it probably was a few decades ago but now it is dated, tired and run down. The room (apparently a superior king room) was dark, small and stuffy. The air cond did not work properly so is was hot too! The bathroom was especially tired and smelled awful and the toilet did not flush properly. Thankfully we were only there one night between flights.

Try booking any where else before booking here.How this hotel is a 4 star hotel baffles the mind. Disgusting rooms got moved to another room due to how bad the first room was , 2nd one was just as bad, had to get our own cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom and room. Staff stand screaming at each other in the hallways with no regard to any of the people in the rooms, buffet breakfast was cold with some of the items visibly there for a long period of time I Wouldn't serve it to my dog . Had a extractor fan in the bathroom that would not switch off and was making a massive noise to which the maintenence teams solution was sticking toilet paper in it and telling us thats all he can do
