Hotel in einem relatif schlechten Zustand, benötigt Auffrischung, besonders bei Mobiliar, Leider haben wir auch das Frühstück nicht sehr sauber gefunden, sowar zum Beispiel der Wasserspender ungenügend gereinigt. Leider wurden mir für die 2. Nacht die Badetücher entfernt, jedoch die neuen vergessen.

The staff was kind and generally very helpful. They know and understand that most guests are there to see ancient Egyptian sites and to have a relaxing time. The room was fine... wouldn't say incredible, but clean and comfortable. However, the hotel itself is perched on top of a nice hill so you get a great view of the city, and it's fun to walk around with the views, poolside, restaurant, lobby, etc.

On se sent immédiatement pris en charge avec sérieux et respect. La propreté est irréprochable, que ce soit dans la chambre ou dans les parties communes. Tout est parfaitement entretenu, soigné et conforme aux standards d’un établissement de qualité. L’organisation générale et l’agencement des lieux sont très bien pensés. Chambre fonctionnelle, confortable et bien préparée à l’arrivée. Aucun détail n’a été laissé au hasard. Vraiment un très bon établissement. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Nice older hotel with a beautiful view of both city and river. Ideal location, walking distance to Nubian Museum and ferries to Elephantine island. Friendly staff, welcoming and providing great recommendations with a smile (thank you Miriam at front desk) We had à la carte dinner- the juiciest tender chicken pieces in shish tawouk and fatty. Daily free breakfast buffet is epic- with fresh food, omelette station and the wide variety of breakfast pastries, yogurts, accompaniments. WiFi could be stronger in the rooms, works fine in the lobby area.

The hotel needs a complete refurbishment. The bathroom and furniture are 30 years old! It looks more as a 3 stars than 4. The food both at the breakfast and room service is not good either. Completely overpriced!

The room was OK, but the cleaning job could be better.The bathroom tub had black mold in the corner. It was unpleasant. We had only one bath towel for the two of us. The balcony offered a nice view. You will enjoy birds chirping in the morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool wasn't heated and the water was cold. The restaurant prices are very reasonable and the food was good. We also like the location right across the Nubian Museum. We spent half a day there.

The hotel ameneties and room is great. The staff is not friendly at all we had to carry the luggage inside the hotel. No information given about restaurant or food available. Also We had to ask about breakfast because we had to leave early they pack breakfast for us but also we had to ask. We put a sing to make our room since 4 am because we left for our tour and we came back at 4 afternoon and the room was still not ready i had to go ask a lady in the hall way she make the bed really fast and even left behind the plates and stuff from the date before and take the towels and never bring new ones so we had to again go out and ask for towels.
