Great trip but the hotel has changed a lot over especially last year. Before, what I loved was the kind staff and interest in always meeting my needs and be flexible. Now, it all seems very strict and inflexible. An example is, that late check-out always was an option if I had an urgent last-minute meeting that I wanted to take from the room. Now, when asking the answer was, that I had to pay 100 kr. per hour even though the hotel was not fully booked. This is just one of more examples during a two night stay. I have been coming in the hotel over the pat 5 years but now, I am considering alternative options. Unfortunately...

We had a very nice stay,with clean and adequately sized rooms and friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast selection was very good and regularly replenished. Nice modern hotel on the water. 30 minuute walk to down/ Tivoli garden. Fabulous free buffet breakfast, one of the best we had. We upgraded to minisuuite., need better blinds to manage direct sunlight on windows. Very nice room otherwise.
