Hotel was a few minutes walk from the front and beach area with loads of places to eat. My room was on the 1st floor but not much of a view, back to back with another hotel. Room was spacious enough for 2 people. There was a kettle in the room, but no coffee or tea to accompany. The bathroom was spacious but there were no shower facilities, good job I brought my own. There was a shower/bath, but no plug for the bath, don’t see the point of a bath if no plug, might as well remove? The tv was difficult to understand and I couldn’t turn the sound down which, if there were rooms next to mine, I’m sure the noise off the tv would have been annoying. The food options for lunch was plentiful as were the drink options. I didn’t eat much in the hotel as I was meeting & eating with friends

The hotel is lovely. The staff are very helpful, it is clean, well located and any issues are quickly fixed. The breakfast buffet was lovely with a wide choice. I think some of the decor could do with a refresh but overall it was very nice

This was our second visit, the first being 5 years ago. It really lived up to our memory, lovely staff, great food and lovely hotel. Not much going on for kids (less than our last visit) so a good job my daughter is now 11 and quiet happy in the pool etc

Gone downhill

Arrived late at night and unpacked to discover soaking wet bed. Informed reception and they didnt know where the problem came from. Took 3 days to dry out. Had a balcony that overlooked a flat roof which people used to get to their friends rooms. Stayed here previously and was a lovely place. Not so much now.

Unless many other Mallorca hotels this one proposed hot drinks at dinner which is amazing. I liked the mattresses and pillows, I think those were ideal for comfortable sleep. The building is nicely located. All my daily issues were quickly addressed so I'd like to highlight the front desk team work. I understand that it was impossible to resolve the technical issue for the week i spent there, but being in room with constant 60db level rumble of pool filter upstairs is causing headache. Sleeping is impossible with it. You should rethink the architecture of technical things you have.

Larm, ældet, beskidt og uprofessionelt

Sengen havde beskidt lagen og sengetøj ved ankomst. Vi var trætte og magtede ikke at klage indenfor de første 10 min, så vi besluttede os for at det ville blive fikset i morgen når rengøringen kom forbi. Vi blev meget forfærdede da vi kom tilbage til de samme langer, rengøringen havde bare redt sengen.. vi klagede og ventede i lobbyen på at de ville gøre rent (igen). Da vi kommer op på værelset er sengen stadig beskidt, og er blot blevet redt igen. Klamt. Vi får at vide at de intet kan gøre da det er sent. Vi har nu brugt 2 timer i lobbyen på ingenting. Jeg beder om et nyt værelse med rent sengetøj, men det er ikke muligt. Udover det, var der så meget larm. Man kunne ikke nyde sin morgenmad, sove om aftenen eller ligge ved poolen, da hotellet havde ladet flere fodboldhold af børn booke sig ind. Der var fodboldbørn overalt uden opsyn. Vi valgte et 4-stjernet hotel for at holde ferie, ikke for at blive vækket om natten af børn der løber på gangene og spiller fodbold. Det var langt fra ferie. Vi kunne ikke slappe af nogen stedet på hotellet fordi der var så meget larm. Jeg havde læst tidligere anmeldelser om dette, men tænkte at det umuligt kunne være så slemt. DET ER DET! Stol på de mange anmeldelser. Den ene i receptionen var meget nedladende og uforstående, hvorimod en nyansat beklagede meget og hjalp os. Vi blev lovet kompensation med nedslag i prisen. Det har de ikke overholdt. Vi venter stadig at få vores penge retur.

Very enjoyable stay

Staff were spot on and polite, the drinks were cheap we only had room only. We stayed in 327 and had a view of residential area and the mountains behind which was nice a peaceful especially at night. We used the main pool which was busy with 'reserved' sun beds by 10am but always managed to find 2 together. The roof top pool was nice but no shade so we stayed away. Nice quick walk to the beach and shops and cleaning standards were spot on. If you're after a quick break dont look any further, was a tad worried having read some of the poor reviews but ignore them and book this great hotel.
