The hotel overall is beautiful. It's in a 1910 historical building in Renaissance revival style, with many of the original finishes. Some of the technology are outdated, but it was part of the charm. Everything was great, but I would recommend investing in the larger rooms.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν μεγάλο, όχι ιδιαίτερα καθαρό. Το ξενοδοχείο γενικά είναι παλιό και θέλει ανακαίνιση. Το πρωινό ήταν συμπαθές. Η στάθμευση είναι εκτός των τειχών της πόλης, αλλά δίπλα από το ξενοδοχείο. Γενικά αν μπορεί κάποιος να το αποφύγει ας διαλέξει κάτι άλλο.

Lovely, clean hotel and very good location; busstop for busses to the beach only 100m away as well a small supermarket. Personnel very helpfull and pleasent. Bed comfortable and room and bathroom very clean and tidy. A short and easy walk from Grosseto traon station. Location nice to wonder around Grosseto old town.

Clean, courteous, perfectly situated.

Cannot ask for anything more. The owner and staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. This was a week trip and it was the best value for all of the hotels on our trip. If in the area again we would stay stay here.
