The staff were lovely and attentive. Our room was spacious and in good condition, with almost everything we needed. There is a bus stop into the city centre nearby which was helpful for us. We enjoyed breakfast too. The coffee pod machine in our room was leaking, and we were onky provided with decaf pods which was a shame. There was also only one robe provider despite it being a booking for two people.

Staff was mediocre (I get that English people aren't as warm and fuzzy as other people, but...I didn't feel like anyone was happy we were spending money there). Great price, though, and beds are 8/10 comfy.
