THIS HOTEL IS TRASH!!! There are people living there which creates a whole different atmosphere. We walked into a room that spells like old cigarettes and URINE! I DROVE TO THE GAS STATION TO GET LYSOL AND FEBREZE AND THAT DID NOT HELP! I WANT A REFUND! My clothes went straight into the laundry when i got home because the smelled like that awful stinky room!!

It was super pet friendly, like that about it. Parking and staff were good. The room had a sewer smell that didn’t go away, all the installation smelled that way and the roof had humidity. The pool area was abandoned, green water and also smelled bad.

The 1st room smelled, phone wasn’t working, remote to tv wasn’t working some lights didn’t work so they moved us to a different room that room smelled of cigarette smoke and saw 3 small roaches hotel was willing to give me a refund but we decided to stay because I couldn’t find another room it was close to 11:00pm. I would not book this hotel again.

Ice my stay at this hotel was horrible. Let’s start off with the false advertisement with the outdated pictures on Hotels.com. It does not look anything like that. Upon arrival we were giving a room and entering the room it’s stunk so bad my sister gagged and almost threw up we had to go downstairs to request another room and that room didn’t smell up to park either, but it was better than the first room. The first room covers had stains on them. The second room bed set had stains on them. That is why I went downstairs to ask for the housekeeping to come and change the sheets on the bed we were told we cannot get housekeeping up there that we will have to change the beds ourselves that was strike one strike two is when they never did come up until the third day to clean the room and we ran out of washcloths and dry off towels. The first night when we ran out of washcloths, my sister went downstairs to request some more. She was told that there wasn’t any now; what hotel do you know don’t have washcloths? That made us have to go buy wash cloths from Walmart along with cleaning supplies because the room stinks so bad and it was not cleaned up to part then one night we ran out of towels so the next morning I went down to the front desk to ask for towels and the front desk person tells me I have to bring down the dirty towels in order to get some new towels. I’m not a maid for hotel 6. Overall do not stay here if you like cleanliness and fresh air. It’s dirty A.F

This motel was nasty, Customer Services was very polite and understanding but when I say this motel was nasty it was nasty. I'm talking roaches, pool has algae, folks live there and one of them had their window open and I thought I was getting ready to see hoarders start filming. This aint it. thankfully I got a full refund but I have to say this aint it. Only boo boo the fool would stay here and feel comfortable.

Good value

I thought the room was good for the price paid and included a full size fridge and microwave. Additional kitchen items could have been rented for $50 returnable fee which we didn't need. I do wish that more toiletries were provided since I forgot to pack some and only 2 bars of soap were in the room. The towels weren't the greatest either but worked since we didn't stay too long.
