You get what you pay for. I was on the top floor with a skylight (no windows on the walls). There were no blinds so you wake up when you wake up. The hotel has been constructed poorly and there were cracks in the ceiling next to the skylight which opened to the outdoors, so it was freezing cold, and you could hear absolutely every noise from the street and night clubs below. No heating or cooling in the room, no safe to store your things. Also no bottled water- other hotels had offered this on arrival. On top of that, there is no sound proofing between the rooms or hallway, I woke up every time a guest came home at 11pm, 12am, 2am etc as the noise echo’s up the staircase. The majority of the staff could not speak English- I also found no one to be at the reception when I walked past, or they may have been sleeping at reception. I asked to move rooms to one at the back of the property but was told as I paid on check in (this was my only option), that moving rooms was not possible. Breakfast was okay. The staff also quoted me for the taxi back to the airport, I had the cash ready, but it wasn’t enough which caused issues when I was trying to leave. In summary- if you can, find somewhere quieter or slightly older which has been constructed better if you want a good nights sleep!

Fui colocado em um quarto em frente a recepção e que a janela era virada para a rua então escutava muitos barulhos da rua e dos hospedes que chegavam pois nao vedava bem o barulho. Diante disso não dava pra deixar a janela aberta por conta da privacidade por ser virado pra rua e na calçada, o pior era que o quarto não possuía nenhum sistema de ventilação, então ficava muito quente e sem poder entrar ar, tinhamos que abrir a janela e a rua tinha total visibilidade de dentro do nosso quarto. A lancheira que eles serviam para quem ia nos passeios que saiam de madrugada e nao era possível esperar o cafe da manha era muito basico e se voce pedir uma manteiga para passar no pão pois era muito seco eles falavam que teriam que tirar o queijo e o presunto e so vinha 1 fatia de cada, nao podiamos agregar a manteiga no presunto e queijo.

A experiência foi incrível. Nos dias de passeios na madrugada eles preparavam lanches para que não saíssemos sem nada. Qualquer imprevisto que ocorreu eles nos ajudaram. Solicitei mudança de quarto porque queria mais espaço, e mediante a organização deles eles conseguiram me encaixar em um novo cômodo. Foi incrível. A localização extraordinária, a uma quadra da praça principal e de bons restaurantes. Ponto estratégico para os passeios porque na ida buscavam a gente no hotel, e nos retornos o ponto comum a todos eram na praça, logo, próximo ao hotel.

Para dormir é desconfortável

Hotel bom, mas não tem calefação. Forneceram um aquecedor. Mesmo assim muito frio, e muito barulhento. Estive em junho. Vc ouve todo o ruido dos hóspedes e tb da movimentação na rua. O quarto tb não tem black out, fica muito claro pra dormir. Em resumo, as noites foram terríveis. Se vc dormir como uma pedra, não vai ver problema nesse hotel. Localização boa, café tbem bom. E o ambiente como um todo muito agradavel. Hotel novo.

Todo bien hasta que se ríen en nuestra cara

Nos alojamos 5 noches en este hotel, hasta el penúltimo día todo había ido bien... y estabamos contentos con el mismo. Pero la penúltima noche cuando llegamos de la excursión, se da cuenta mi pareja que le falta de un neceser del baño un frasco que tenía sin empezar del líquido de las lentillas. Lo hablamos con recepción y llama al gerente y las explicaciones que nos dan es que la chica de la limpieza no se ha llevado nada y que hay una cámara que enfoca a la habitación y cuando entra a limpiar se vé la habitación por dentro y la mesilla....vamos que se han reído en nuestra cara....solo se ve la entrada y la mesilla en el caso de que enfocase a la habitación.....el resto, baño armario y resto de habitación no se ve en ningún caso. Ese líquido estuvo en el neceser, el cual no se movió del aseo en ningún momento. Así que cuidado con vuestras pertenecías si elegís este hotel.
