Worst hotel stay ever

Hello, my name is Belinda Martin. I took my Pastor and for other people to the hotel.Nesty bed covers. Nesty floors and dingy towels. I went to the Walmarts for towels . No manager on duty and he never showed up to hear my complaints. Room smell like pure cigarettes . I reserve three rooms. The last family came in from out of town late, but I had their key to their room. When the last family arrived to Beaumont hotel, they could not get in their room and the key didn’t work the front desk person said they didn’t know how to help her. So this young lady had to go up and down the street in Dayton Ohio an unfamiliar town to find another hotel at 1 o’clock in the morning. I called customer service to let them know that I need to be refunded for all three rooms. They hung up on me. Loud fire alarm system went off in our room. PTSD kicked in. It was an awful stay.

My worst hotel ever

It was terrible, The first room offered was stinking, no carpet on the floor which was rough with dog hair like. Second room had towels with blood like patches. One large towel with small towels offered at the reception. No breakfast offered yet it written.

Do NOT Recommend!

They couldn't check me in. They found my reservation but were unable to check me in. They found another room for me anyways. The room they gave me had the pillows thrown about, no TV on the TV wall mount, the heater was in pieces on the floor and did not work, the room was freezing cold over night, the toilet didn't flush and the shower wouldn't turn on. We got there late at night, so I didn't have time to switch rooms because my kids need to get to sleep. We were supposed to stay for a couple nights but we left after one night.

It was a place to sleep

Room clean. Toilet ran after flushing for at least 2 minutes. Breakfast was disappointing with one hot option but the waffle maker made up for it. Beverage dispenser was out of order. As we took our luggage out before breakfast, We noticed people from the parking lot climbing out of their cars with multiple children eating what little food there was in breakfast area. The desk clerk was nice when I told him about the running toilet.

Cockroach at the desk when we were checking out. Waited 10 minutes for someone to check us out. Left after I saw the roach. Toilet didn't flush properly. Looked like it would overflow. Curtains off the hooks and pictures on the walls crooked. Won't be going back.

Staff was not friendly or helpful. Room was in terrible condition. Smelled like smoke but was a non smoking room. Wires sticking out of air conditioner. Stains on the walls, ceiling and drapes. Door was damaged and didn’t have a safety lock on it. Mold in the shower. Toilet seat completely loose. We didn’t even stay the second night even though it was paid for. Left and stayed at a different hotel. Would not recommend!

Wont use wyndam again

In town to assist a hospitalized family memeber. Booked for 2 days as we needed space to set up laptops and work. The bed had mold under the plastic cover. Shower had mold. Curtain was filthy. Toilet didnt flush thoroughly. Sheets were clean but pullows stunk of smoke. Only srayed 1 night (actally 5 hours) and had to leave to help family. Explained to the front desk about the family issue and needing to check out early and to please refund the unuaed 2nd day. 2 counter people were nice but said they had to speak to the manager. Well no refund was issued. I know it wasnt because they would lose a new booking as the place was empty so they just Wanted our money. This is the 2nd wyndam property we stayed at in out travels. I always thought wyndam meant quality, boy was i wrong. Wont use wyndam again.
