When we arrived there was no staff to check us in. We waited over 25 minutes ringing the bell. Attempted to call the number to the hotel and it went straight to voicemail. Finally a girl came out of one of the rooms nearby looking like she just woke up to check us in. No apologies. Then we make it to the room. Reason we had booked this was because of the 2 queens and a pull out. The pull out was a joke! The mattress on it was as thick as cardboard so if you like bars in your back then you’re in luck. Also no linen for the pull out so I had to go down and talk to our sleepy lobby attendant. Don’t expect your room to be made up during the stay. Also the air is random in the room where it will blast cold air about once an hour. Made the mistake of staying here and if it were any longer I would’ve changed hotels.

Came in and the room was dusty. We had 5 people staying in the sweet, which they asked us about at the front desk. The room didn’t have any pillows or sheets for the pull out sofa. We attempted to call the front desk, but the phone was not operational. We had to go down to the front desk to get sheets, but were told there were no pillows available. Then we turned on the tv, a Hi-Sense Roku television with an LG tv remote. Needless to say, the remote didn’t work. That caused trip two to the front desk since the phone didn’t work. They gave us a generic Roku remote that, upon returning to the room didn’t work. Trigger trip 3 to the front desk where we received an explanation that they don’t have Hisense televisions in the rooms and don’t have a remote. They finally called housekeeping, which once I reached the room had just dropped off another remote. Thankfully that one worked, because they left before checking if it worked or not.

Definitely needs some extra TLC and attention both inside and outside the room. Had to ask for multiple things that should have already been in the room (bed sheets/comforter for the sofa bed) Didn’t have enough towels for everyone whom was booked for the room and when I asked for more they didn’t have any. Breakfast was very limited and they were out of alot of things including cups and silverware. Hallways definitely need some air freshener. Our room air conditioner didn’t work very well. Staff seemed nice and good location of hotel. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by.

The Health Department had a notice on the pool shutting it down due to multiple unsafe conditions. No one answered the phone as we called before our visit so there was no way to check on the pool. The elevator was suspect and the elevator safety inspection had expired 11 months ago. Poor breakfast that they just let the food run out and then people arriving later during the breakfast period are just out of luck. The eggs were cold, sausage was cold, even the hot water for the oatmeal packets was cold. The bed pillows are mini size like couch/decorative pillow size. Showers were quickly cold. The coffee in the morning had a note taped to it, "Sorry, no coffee today." Weird stay and very little attention to customer satisfaction. Thankfully the room wasn't filthy.

The staff have a weird quirk of voiding all of the room keys in the morning to make sure there are no active keys. But they do it before room check out time and even for rooms that are multiple days. We know this because other hotel guests had this happen to them too. Other than this the staff are polite and friendly. The pool is not heated, so despite being indoors it was too cold to use in March. The hotel was kept nicely clean.

Room was so bad i did not complete my stay. Booked room to avoid having drive back home in a storm but ENDED UP DRIVING HOME IN THE STORM.. Tub was flithy splats of food or something was on the dresser. Got bitten by a bug sitting on the bed..went to either get a clean accommodating room waited several minutes heard snoring in the office at the front desk..after several minutes of ringing the bell for service he awakes.. I would not recommend to my worst enemy
