The room was clean and spacious, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the complementary breakfast was yummy. My only warning is about the parking. It was nice that the paid parking was covered (underground), and it was cheaper than other hotels’ parking. But, boy was it tight—even foe my wee Camry. I felt lucky to get in and out unscathed.

Breakfast was very good, standard fare: cereal, yogurt, coffee, juice, croissant. Staff was friendly but they misunderstood when we wanted housekeeping to clean the room and never got to it. Very low key cool hotel though, would stay there again if I ever went back around that way. Reasonable price, nice room. Never seen a hotel room with a kitchenette in it before. That was a fun aspect of staying there, making a meal in the kitchen. Parking was convenient but you have to pay for it which I didn't like. Never stayed at a hotel where you had to pay for parking before.

Amazing Location and Staff

Great location, you can walk to Old Montreal and Downtown easily from here or get the Metro to anywhere. Is a bit of an older building, but clean and with a very helpful staff. The breakfast was great as well! No complaints.

La Belle suites is a very basic hotel. The room was large and really as pictured. It's not luxury but very clean. The staff is friendly and efficient. The breakfast was good. They supplied pastries, bread, meat, cheese, eggs, fruit, cereal etc. It is centrally located. Just around the corner was Rue St. Denis which was a picturesque block of restaurants and bars. I think there were some very upscale restaurants nearby but we weren't in the mood for that. It was a 15 minute walk to the old city. Very convenient to transportation to the Circuit Gilles Villes Neuve.

This stay was quick and easy to check in. This is a very budget friendly hotel option near downtown Montreal. The hotel is quite old and outdated but worth it. Parking is usually available underground. Breakfast was great, and had delicious croissants. I would stay here again if you’re looking to save money. The bed was not very comfortable however the room was simple, old and good.

The rooms were clean but outdated, and there were ongoing issues with water drainage. For the price, you’d be better off paying a little more to stay at a nicer property. This location is overpriced for what it offers. When we arrived, there was no parking available, and we were directed to park at the nearby hospital—one of the suggested locations. However, no one there had any idea why we were parking there. The lack of communication was frustrating and unprofessional. The breakfast was included and everyone can find something to eat there.
