Hotel bem localizado e com bom atendimento da equipe de recepção e manobristas. Café da manhã pequeno, porém de boa qualidade. Atendimento da equipe de café insatisfatório. Os quartos são espaçosos, porém com problemas de lâmpadas falhando ou queimadas. Falta de amenities no banheiro, além de falta de secador de cabelo. Também não tinha coberta. Tudo tem que ser solicitado. No geral, daria uma nota 7.

A limpeza do quarto não foi satisfatória, quando chegamos no quarto notamos que havia um sabonete usado no banheiro, a limpeza não foi feita de forma adequada. No momento que reportamos para recepção a pessoa não estava treinada e preparada para lidar com o hospede ou com a situação, ela simplesmente deu uma risada e falou algo do tipo "serio? não é possivel". Faltou preparo para saber lidar e como conduzir a situação que levamos. Essa situação não estava dentro do que aguardavamos e trouxe mais pontos negativos do que positivos durante nossa estadia.

A estadia teve alguns pontos positivos, como a limpeza do quarto e o bom atendimento da equipe quando solicitamos ajuda. Porém, tivemos vários transtornos desde o check-in. Houve uma cobrança duplicada na chegada, que depois foi estornada, o ar-condicionado do primeiro quarto não funcionava, o chuveiro demorava muito para esquentar e precisamos trocar de quarto. No segundo quarto, a TV apresentava falhas, se desligava sozinha e, à noite, encontramos uma barata no ambiente. A equipe foi educada e tentou resolver as situações, mas, no geral, a experiência ficou abaixo do esperado para uma hospedagem tranquila em família.
