Upon arrival I was told I had been upgraded to a pool view room with a balcony from a standard room which was a nice surprise. The staff were lovely, room was clean with modern furniture and the bathroom was basic but functional. Aircon kept the room warmish although could not set the temp any higher than 24 degrees. Would have loved a table and chairs to work on my laptop - it was quite roomy so could easily fit one in. Location was brilliant, close to Leura mall and other activities in the area. Would highly recommend staying here.

Cleanliness was not an issue, breakfast was good, dining room was closed for dinner on the two nights we spent there. We were woken at about 2:00 a.m. by a loud alarm for a fire insisting everybody vacate the premises and after 20 minutes outside in the cold were advised it was just somebody vaping in their room. Received a vague apology the next morning at check out.

Easy to find, convenient location for exploring the blue mountains. Great facilities and easy to park The fire alarm sounded in the night due to another guest vaping in their room. The staff dealt with the evacuation calmly and professionally. Upon check out the staff where very apologetic. Bathroom extractor fans from other rooms were a little noisy.

We had booked the cheapest room available for a one night stay. Check-in was easy but once arriving to the room we discovered bad mould in the bathroom. I contacted reception straight away and they quickly upgraded our room to the next tier. The room was much better, mould free, but could use a shower head upgrade as the water pressure was poor and dribbled out. The room was moderately clean but had some dust. Parking was easy and accessible and there were great amenities available.
