For the price I paid to stay there I was expecting a normal nice kept up La Quinta.. this was not... The elevator smelled like old bleach water and you could tell it was not properly cleaned. Walls were disgusting. Then we got to our room, the sink was cracked, the walls were rotten by the bathtub... It was just rundown room. very disappointing for $156. There breakfast was bare minimum with the I assume hashbrowns being old, dry, reheated and no flavor... just an all around disappointment.

Booked this hotel because la quita has always been one of my go to hotels. Unfortunately, I was not happy with this one. I have never been to Seguin. I was there for my daughter’s softball tournament. It had been a long while since we had been out of town and my son was very excited to be able to get in the swimming pool. As we got to the gate it had a lock. I went to the front desk to ask if it was closed for maintenance and the lady at the front said it was closed for the season. Like what were in Texas it’s not like it was snowing… I asked to speak with the manager and she refused she said there was no manager available. I asked for a discount at least and the lady straight up told me no. She was very rude and inconsiderate. Also for the breakfast time when I arrived the lady told me from 6-9 am. Next morning there was so breakfast until 7… it was very limited choice as well…. Never again

Home for 3 weeks!

Our family stayed here for almost 3 weeks while our house was being completed. I have to say, the staff was incredible & always greeted us with a smile. The hotel is on the older side, but still well kept and clean. We had a great assortment of foods every morning & even enjoyed the pool! Thank you to the entire staff that welcomed us & made sure our stay was great 😊
