Stunning views from the rooms of the mountains. A little difficult for 6ft individuals to navigate around the room.

Very small rooms without good support of electricity and water the rooms and its outside was too dirty . The breakfast quality and quantity was really bad and they have priced their services very expensive without special quality. Such a waste of time and money

Uygun olması ve sadece 1 gece kalacağımız için tercih etmiştik çok pişman olduk odalar ehemmiyetsiz odanın içi görünüyor dışardan perdeler tam anlamıyla kapatmıyor Banyo lambası çalışmıyordu,duşakabin leke ve pas içindeydi banyo havluları berbattı herşey çok özensiz kötüydü sabahı zor ettik ve kötü şartlar hem de gece 3 e kadar süren kötü müzik gürültü nedeniyle bir daha hiç tercih etmeyeceğimiz bir deneyimdi.

Otelin yeri çok sakin biz kafa dinlemek insanlardan uzak olsun istemiştim o yönden güzel. Temizlik konusunda iyiler. Ama quenn yataklı odada kaldık alt kısım klimadan serinliyor ama yatak kısmı çok sıcak ilk gün ilgilenilmedi ve aşağıda koltukta yatmak zorunda kaldık 2. Gün vantilatör verdiler onun sayesinde yatakta yatabildik. Hergün müzik olduğu söyleniyor ama bizim olduğumuz günler de yoktu. Fotoğrafta göründüğü gibi havuz başından deniz görünmüyor bir de havuz fotoğraftaki büyük değil.

Genel olarak iyiydi fakat iki nokta acilen düzeltilmeli. Daha önce de konaklamıştık o zamanki kahvaltı gayet idealdi bu kez bozmuşlar vasattı malesef. Ayrıca odada minibuzdolabı olmaması büyük bir eksik. Son olarak odanın banyo kapısı tam kapanmıyordu.

İlk defa deneyimledik lakin memnuniyet açısından mükemmel şekilde ağırlandık. Personel ve kurum müdürlerine çok teşekkür ederiz. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Otel atmosfer olarak gerçekten mükemmel görünüyor ancak negatif durumlar şunlar oldu; -2 saat geç odaya alınmak. -Oda temizliğinin başlangıçta yetersiz olması ancak uyarıldıktan sonra düzeltilmesi. -Odaya sıcak su gelmemesi. Pozitif durumlar şunlar oldu; -Gecikme esnasında çok kibar davranıldı, içecek ikram edildi. -Yaşanılan mağduriyet için 1 gece daha konaklama hediye edildi. Yaz döneminde su sorunu yaşanacağını sanmam o zamana kadar da çözülecektir eminim. ortam şahane tavsiye ederim.
