Room and view were great. This is our 2nd time staying here a year apart and the hot tub still is not heated. The only time it is warm is during the day when the sun hits it. We had hopes it would be fixed, but no. However you can't beat the location or view. Breakfast is lackluster, but not the reason we booked with them. Make sure to book with Hotels.com, as we tried to add another night directly with them and they charge quite a bit more if you book directly through the hotel. Also water pressure and hot showers aren't the best if you try to shower during peak times in the mornings.

The hotel staff was not friendly, when I had a question or my room flooded when I showered they acted like I was bothering them. The property is out dated and doesn’t look anything like the pictures posted. The pool needs to be cleaned and there was not a fire pit at all. It was nice to be able to walk directly to the beach though.
