She was incredibly accommodating and made sure every detail of my stay was seamless. That level of service does not go unnoticed. I stayed in a luxury suite (Room 1023) with a private balcony, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. Overlooking Citi Field—home of the New York Mets—was a standout feature. Beyond that, I was able to take in stunning skyline views, including One World Trade Center and the iconic Empire State Building. Truly a next-level visual experience. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and immaculately maintained. Its location within the Tangram development makes it incredibly convenient, with access to a wide range of amenities and attractions including a movie theater, fitness center, swimming pool, arcade, and an impressive shopping mall—all just steps away. This was more than just a stay—it was a full experience combining luxury, comfort, and convenience at a high level. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an elevated stay in New York and will absolutely be returning.
