Make sure you include their breakfast buffet when booking your room. It's worth it! Only complaint was lack of any nearby walking distance restaurants/shops. But with their free shuttle we were able to visit a mall and had takeout from there. That shuttle is wonderful as we also took advantage of it to/from Narita airport. Room very clean although some furnishings are looking a little worn. Staff was easy to understand (we're from US) and were unfailingly polite and helpful. Would stay here again, especially for free shuttle availability.
