Check-in is a different motel a block over. Only weird thing. Room was fine. Clean. AC worked, pillows are hard and a foot thick, so bring your own. Convenient location if a bit far from the active side of tahoe.

We went for the renaissance faire that is nearby. Parking was easy and convenient. The room was clean and perfect. The staff was friendly and there’s a great pizza place across the street. Definitely would recommend and most likely will be back next summer!

Great location and great price. Conveniently located just off Emerald Bay Road, near walkable restaurants and just a block from Raleys. Room was super clean, comfy bed, hot tub was nice after some long hikes. Can’t best apex inn. Have stayed here multiple times now and will def be back. A nice cherry on top is a grill they keep stocked with propane they guests can use to bbq and there’s a could picnic tables as well. Can’t wait to come back!

Our room was a closet. Room was clean and tidy. All amenities listed were available. We only needed the room for one night and leaving early in the am. We were messaged to check in at a different location, just down from the Apex Inn. At check-in, we were asked if we needed a handicap room? We didn’t realize that the room we selected was “handicap”, we should have said yes, however we didn’t out of respect for those who are handicapped. When we got home we did check the listings, the only thing we could see is the shower seat? Front desk were immediately available and courteous. The cost was raised due to the events in Tahoe the Shakespearean Festival and another Concert(not sure). Normally the cost of these rooms are under 100 per night. It is unfortunate that we the consumer have to pay for the “events.” We were there to dive in Tahoe. Yes, we had a choice not pay, we had to weigh time and costs. We would consider staying again, choosing a bigger room and hopefully realistic pricing.

Great place close to everything

Was up in Tahoe doing a few hikes and this inn was a delight. Very close to everything in South Lake Tahoe, maybe 10 min drive to Stateline? Walkable restaurants and coffee Nextdoor and across the street. Hot tub is a nice touch and there’s a GRILL guests can use! I had no idea till my last day there. Pretty cool. Definitely staying again!
