There is construction work going on and very noisy. Even though I was moved to a quiet room for 2 nights, I feel they should not have given out this room to anyone. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Room not cleaned properly. Worktops sticky with milk and coffee and makeup.

Careful of hotels.com breakfast scam!

I’m going to rate every hotel one star until hotels.com stop their breakfast scam. I was charged $80 additional per day for breakfast at the time of booking when it is only $44 to pay each day at the hotel. This is happening time and time again on hotels.com. Check the breakfast rates and DO NOT pay hotels.com or Expedia. Otherwise this is hotel is amazing. I love it. My favourite hotel in Dubai. Staff are amazing.

Just being around him and the staff makes everything so much more pleasant. I have stayed at 4 hotels in Dubai and this was by far the best. Highly recommended! Thank you W staff for everything

10/10 Exceptional

Exceeded expectations! Fabulous hotel from lobby to rooms to hotel restaurants and spa. The only disappointment was a rooftop bar that served very pricey minuscule dishes…. Do not recommend eating at the rooftop restaurant… also the best part of the hotel is option to use Westins pools as it’s only pool and bar is a terrible shabby very old looking English pub… terrible… but head to Westins pool bars and you get quality facilities and service.
