I liked that the hotel is good situated, close to the oldtown (20 min walk)
I didn’t like that I’ve got a room in the basement with a small window. The view was to the wheels of parked cars. The way to the room was tru a narrow stairway.

The property looks good from outside, and transit to Old Quebec is as easy. Lots of food options on nearby rue Cartier. The breakfast was sufficient and the staff was very attentive. Parking was not available on site. Our room was damp and smelled like used hockey gear. When reported I was offered a hair dryer as a solution. Apparently the hotel was sold out, so we could not be moved. The room was nice sized but needed deeper cleaning.

Hotel was great! Decoration and services were spectacular. Rooms were great, clean and confortables. The Hotel is walking distance from the Old city and all restaurants. Staff were amazing, very helpful and nice! We communicated in English with them, no issues for the anglo parlantes. Great place to visit again.

Very nice place to stay. Arrived during summer music festival which was an easy 1 km walk away. Limited to only 5 or so parking spaces, so had to pay $30 for the night to private lot a few blocks away which was lucky to have a space available otherwise would have to walk 1km away to another parking lot. Not the best situation for parking. The lobby looks poorly decorated at first site and gives poor impression of the place but the rooms are fine and the breakfast room was great as well as the breakfast. Had to move the car before 8 am to the street parking and once we figured out the parking app for Old Quebec the rest of the trip and parking was great. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable.

Great location and good breakfast however let down by poor service. We had an issue with our bathroom on the first night, the toilet wouldn't flush, so informed the staff. Sadly this wasnt rectified during our stay of two days.would otherwise had got a better review
