We had an Apartment away from the hotel which was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Close to Piazza Maggiore and Quadrilatero area where there was some amazing food on offer. Perfect boutique hotel, the staff ( every single one of them) were amazing, they were polite, eager to help and always smiling and laughing. The room was very well appointed, quiet and clean. The bar on the ground floor was very inviting and cozy. The bartenders were great and very friendly. Unfortunately the restaurant was booked solid (make sure to reserve in advance) and the rooftop terrace was closed (probably due to time of year). Hotel location was walking distance to most of the sights. We would definitely stay here again!

Tucked off the main street, this hotel is a fabulous place to stay. Really handy for all attractions and really centrally located. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean, spacious and cool in the heat. The staff in the rooftop bar were lovely and the cocktails were great too. Would recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay again.

The room was spotless and the staff was very helpful and responsive. However, the room we had was not a 4-star quality. We stayed at the Junior Olive suite and while it was located in a beautiful outdoor setting, the room itself was very old and tired. In addition, the shower was in the bedroom with no frosted glass. So, when taking a shower, the other person relaxing in bed has a full frontal and side view. As I prefer having privacy when showering, this felt very weird.
