First of all, the stay was NOT Tue, Mar 24 - Thu, Mar 26, it was Wed, Mar 25 - Fri, Mar 27. The balcony furniture was unusable, with thick layers of dirt and mold. No bed-side switches to control the lights. You have to get up and walk to towards the main door to turn lights on/off. No utensils are provided in the kitchen. There is no closet or any place to hang clothes. No ironing board is available. There is only 1 trash bin - the one in the water closet. Need trash bins for the living room and bedroom. You have to run the water for almost 5 minutes to get hot water in the room. The bathroom vanity is nice. The king bed was comfortable. I didn't care for the pillows. The front desk personnel were good to interact with.

Great place to stay, quiet&comfy for sure. My girlfriend and I enjoyed it for our 7th anniversary‼️ It'll be my only go to when I visit Myrtle Beach again. Thanks Grande Beach Resort, our stay was more than exceptional.

Bathrooms were a little small. Looks like an upgraded old hotel. You may find one electric sockets to use. Other than that it was ok!

The front desk staff were very pleasant. The view was amazing!!! Especially the sunrise. The only complaint i hav is that when i requested to have the room cleaned, the inly thing they did was make the bed and bring new towels. Didn't sweep or wipe down anything Its not the best but its not bad either.

Check in person had the friendliness of a DMV employee, but interactions with other staff were friendly and helpful. The room was filthy with dried boogers, blood, dried food and soil in various areas (Beds were very clean and nice though thankfully) We spent the first 2 hours on arrival cleaning and disinfecting areas we would be using. Water took 10-15 min before it would get above low warm levels, but did eventually heat up to levels to take a shower without freezing. View from room was wonderful, pool was clean and well kept. Overall opinion, if the room would have been clean, this would have been an A+ location (especially for the very low price), location and views, but due to the dangerously unsanitary conditions of the unit I would rate C+ (only that high because of the price and views) If cleanliness was improved, I would love to stay here again.

Arriving we entered a below deck parking garage and went in the door to a floor where there tiles falling out of the ceiling and water leaking from the ceiling. the receptionist definetley hates her job. Went to the room the floor was disgusting. The shampoo bottle had a pubic hair and shampoo on the outide of the bottle. The dust was unreal and the " comfortable" beds were so hard my husband and I left at 3am and drove home. The whole place just felt yucky and did not stand up to what the pictures show. homless and addicts walking around everywhere. would not recommend if your looking for anything romatic or have children. elevators smelt like weed and hadnt been inspected in years and was a scary ride. I couldnt tell you about breakfast becuase I wouldnt have dared ate anything cooked in that place. Good luck

My main complaint is that I book hotels on the ocean so I can sleep with my door open and listen to the waves. Unfortunately, someone above me was smoking A LOT on the patio or in their room. The wind basically blew it in my room. I went to the desk to compain because it is supposed to be a smoke-free hotel, but the lady basically told me to suck it up and if I figured out where it was coming from to let her know. It was clearly coming from the next floor up, either directly over me or to one or the toher sides. She couldnt have cared less. It ruins the experience when you purposely pay for a non-smoking hotel and they dont enforce it.
