Excellent hotel, but two problems

The hotel is excellent, with a great location and a very, very kind and attentive staff. The rooms are clean and beautiful. However, there were two issues — the hot water ran out in the shower, which seems to be a recurring problem at the hotel, and the location is extremely noisy. Other than that, it's an excellent hotel.

Soggiorno molto piacevole in una struttura centralissima( ci siamo mossi sempre e solo a piedi).Ottima la pulizia delle camere e degli spazi comuni. La responsabile della reception è il plus della intera struttura per la cordialità, la professionalità e la preparazione. Abbiamo lasciato di mattino presto l'hotel che ci ha omaggiato di una buona box ristoro. Nella camere acqua e caffè mai mancanti. Confermo i giudizi letti in precedenza sulla colazione che è essenziale ma l'omelette vale tutto e poi, ad Atene, si mangia parecchio tutto il giorno! Per quanto riguarda la rumorosità della strada posso dire di avere sofferto il solo venerdì sera ma ho dormito lo stesso. Sicuramente consiglio la struttura per la vostra visita ad Atene

The warm reception with Eviduring the day and Crystal in the evening, was amazing. I learned how to count to 10 in Greek and also how to greet people in Greek. They gave me so much advice about places to visit and even how to get places and check subway (Metro) times.as well! The rooms are nice a spacious and the breakfast was nice and served with a smile! This is a gem with amazing people working here.

Our stay was superior in every way. The front desk staff were all wonderful and is helpful. They really care! The morning breakfast was tasty and they were so pleasant to deal with. The hotel is well cared for and comfortable. We would definitely recommend to anyone travelling who likes a busy area of town with many night options for food and music. The elevator was not horrible to use and reliable even though it is for really one person at a time. Thanks to all the staff for a great vacation stay. Σας ευχαριστούμε για μια υπέροχη διαμονή

The hotel was located near the acropolis. The room was very spacious, it actually was two stories, with a living room and kitchen and refrigerator on the first floor and the bedroom, bathroom, closet and another living area with a couch and coffee table. The floor under the coffee table was made with glass so you could look down into the kitchen. The ladies that worked at the desk were so helpful with suggestions on where to eat and things to see. They even made us a breakfast box for each of us because we had an early morning flight. They were wonderful! I would definitely stay here again if visiting Athens.

If you stay here during the busy summer season, you will want to ask for a fan or something to drown out some of the sound from the bars along the street. The street is very safe and has lots of great options for dining and bars, but it gets loud. We requested a fan as we run hot and slept great with it. The staff are all very nice, welcoming and extremely helpful. We had a great time at this hotel and the room was cleaned daily and the breakfast was great. It's really a great value and right next to public transit.

Such a good place to stay literally in the centre of city, very convenient - few minute walk to 24hour convenience store and subway station. Staffs are just fantastic. They are very warm, supportive and cheerful. I would definitely choose here for my next visit to Athens.

I would give the staff of the fountain six stars if I could. They were so kind and so helpful and generous with our time enthusiastic about our vacation just lovely. The hotel was always clean. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The fountain is located in a vibrant district with lots and lots of options for eating out and just generally having fun.

Staff were so good. Free breakfast was much better than we were expecting. Room was clean, modern, and bed was comfy. A little noisy at night, but not ridiculous (unless you're super sensitive). Appreciated the blackout curtains. Good, quiet A/C. The only things didn't quite like about the room were that the shower floor wasn't sloped enough, so the water pooled before draining and sometimes smells came up from the drain, but neither was crazy bad - just noticeable. We actually really liked it and wished we could have extended our stay there.

Da Hotel ist an einer optimalen Lage, alles ist nah und zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, sehr wenige Hotels haben so gute Mitarbeitende an der Rezeption. Einziges Problem ist die Umgebung - laut und schmutzig, aber für uns war es nebensächlich.
